- All products (excluding belts) are covered by our 15-day return and exchange policy.
- Belts come with an extended 1 year return and exchange period.
2. Return Method:
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
- Ensure the product is in its original condition with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Ship the return parcel to our provided address, with the customer bearing the cost of return shipping.
3. Exchange Process:
- Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will process the exchange promptly.
- Replacement products will be dispatched to you at no additional charge.
- There will be no charges for the delivery of the replacement parcel, provided that extra products are added to the shipment.
4. Accepted Return Cases:
We accept returns and exchanges for the following cases:
- Wrong size: If the product you receive does not fit as expected, you can request an exchange.
- Damage: If the product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately for a return or exchange.
- Wrong color: If you receive a product in the wrong color, we will happily process an exchange.
