Garderobe.pk Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return and Exchange Period:

  • All products (excluding belts) are covered by our 15-day return and exchange policy.
  • Belts come with an extended 1 year return and exchange period.

2. Return Method:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Support team at contact@garderobe.pk Ph: 03120716060 within the return/exchange period to request authorization.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  • Ensure the product is in its original condition with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Ship the return parcel to our provided address, with the customer bearing the cost of return shipping.

3. Exchange Process:

  • Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will process the exchange promptly.
  • Replacement products will be dispatched to you at no additional charge.
  • There will be no charges for the delivery of the replacement parcel, provided that extra products are added to the shipment.

4. Accepted Return Cases:

We accept returns and exchanges for the following cases:

  • Wrong size: If the product you receive does not fit as expected, you can request an exchange.
  • Damage: If the product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately for a return or exchange.
  • Wrong color: If you receive a product in the wrong color, we will happily process an exchange.
  • Wrong product: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange for a return or exchange as needed

5. Exceptions:

  • Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that show signs of wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer.
